“I brought an out-of-town relative to Alamo City Urgent Care for neck pain and restricted motion. We were relieved they were covered under insurance with a low copay.
The wait was minimal. The staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. They definitely put you at ease. As a retired RN, I was very impressed with the attention to detail & care we received. Our nurse practitioner did a fantastic, thorough job, exhibiting excellent knowledge and diagnostic skills. The efficient medical assistant was so professional and had a great bedside manner which is always helpful! The radiologist read the X-ray in a timely manner. Meds ordered were appropriate, and an adequate supply was already at the pharmacy by the time we got there.”
