Alamo City Urgent Care currently conducts COVID-19 testing at all San Antonio locations.
The testing methods we CURRENTLY use are PCR MID-NASEL swabs and Quidel COMBO SARS/FLU RAPID TESTS, which detect COVID-19 and/or FLU A&B with one easy swab.
You will receive Rapid Test results within 15-20 minutes and PCR Test results within 4-5 days after we run them through our on-site machine.
If you need a COVID-19 test for airline travel purposes, a PCR Test is currently required.
Save your spot in line using our Book Ahead feature Reservations can only be made 2 days in advance. If you don’t see any available appointments, it means we are fully booked for the next two days. New appointments become available on our website every night at midnight.
You may also walk in, but please be aware you may have to wait for a long period of time to get tested. Please be patient, as we are working as quickly and efficiently as possible to serve everyone in an orderly manner.
