Urgent Care Testing Options
We offer the following urgent care testing services at each of our three emergency room locations in San Antonio:
Our rapid strep throat tests are conducted in-house and provide results within 10 minutes. We will use a simple cotton swab to collect a sample from your tonsils or throat.
Our on-site lab can also test for the streptococcus bacteria and mononucleosis (Mono) viral infection if further diagnostic testing is needed,
Alamo City Urgent Care provides a variety of on-site drug testing services on a walk-in basis, such as:
- Pre-employment testing
- Annual and random testing
- Reasonable cause testing
- Return to duty testing
If you are an employer, Alamo City will partner with you to keep your workforce healthy and productive.
Our rapid flu tests (RIDTs) and molecular essays are conducted in-house and help detect antigens, providing quick and accurate diagnosis for walk-in patients.
