COVID-19 Info

Alamo City Urgent Care currently conducts COVID-19 testing at both of its locations. The testing methods we are CURRENTLY using are PCR MID-NASEL swabs and Quidel COMBO SARS/FLU RAPID TESTS. This tests will catch COVID-19 and/or FLU A&B in one easy swab. We will have results to you within 15-20 minutes after the test is run through the machine we use on-site for Rapid Tests and 4-5 days for PCR Tests. If you are taking a COVID-19 test for airline travel purposes, currently they are requiring a PCR Test.

You may reserve a spot on our website by going to “Check-In Online”, We can only book reservations 2 days in advance. If you don’t see any appointments available, it means we are booked for the next two days. At midnight, new appointments will appear each night on our website for you to book. You may also walk in, but please be aware that you may have to wait for a long period of time in order to get tested. Please be patient as we are working as fast as possible in an orderly manner to keep everything working efficiently.
